Email and SMS Messages

Many areas of BusMATE support the sending of email or SMS messages for various purposes.

Email Sending

BusMATE supports using Microsoft Outlook desktop app, direct SMTP for sending emails, or via our cloud service. Utilizing our cloud service for sending emails does require a little configuration if utilizing your own domain name as a sending.

SMS Messaging

BusMATE supports sending messages via SMS via our cloud service or via Twilio's SMS API. If your organization already has a Twilio account for SMS messaging, you're able to utilize this. If your organization does not already have a Twilio account and would like to readily utilize SMS messages features-you can sign up for our cloud SMS gateway service.
