Customers - Activities

On the customer window's Activities tab, you can see and add activities linked to the customer record. "Entered By" and "Entered At" fields are automatically entered at the time a new activity is created based on the current system time and who is currently logged in.

In both the new and modify window, you have the option for "Set Popup". This will set the current activity record to popup when entering this customer record in the future. This can be used for billing or special information regarding the customer.
