Proofpoint Overview

ProofPoint is an email security and filtering platform. ProofPoint provides both security (attachments and links) for incoming emails, spam filtering (replacing a 3rd party solution), as well as email encryption (replacing ZixMail). Starting today, all users will receive an email from ProofPoint once every 4 hours showing you all messages that are currently in your ProofPoint quarantine. Note that you will only receive this automated email if there are newly quarantined messages since the last automated email would have checked. You can manually check the quarantine at any time.
